Overexpression in E.coli, lysis of the cells, the supernatant was
boiled for approximately an hour at 72°C, centrifuged, the supernatant
seperated and then the Taq was precipitated with ammonium sulfate,
concentrated and resuspended. I don't have any exakt protocol, since I
was not involved in the procedure, but the Taq worked quite well.
