Hi Netters, would like to know, how do you prepare an one phasic RNA/DNA/Protein extraction solutions like Trizol or peqGold TriFast. These solution are based on Guanidinisothiocyanat/Phenol method. Has anybody this published?When, Where?? It's a little bit to expensive for my budget Thanks for any input... peter
