SDS-AGE?

Dear list,

does anyone have a pointer where I could find out more about SDS-AGE  
(SDS agarose gel electrophoresis)? Literature often quotes

Raines G, Aumann G, Sykes S, Street A: Multimeric analysis of von  
Willebrand factor by molecular sieving electrophoresis in sodium  
dodecyl sulphate agarose gel. Thromb Res 60:201, 1990

But my university does not have it…

Any other pointers; maybe you have an established protocol at your  
lab that you would share?
