chicken ß-act in promoter

Hi there!

I am trying out different promoters in my organism for over-expression studies. I 
got a hint that the chicken ß-actin promoter might drive expression in my 
organism. Does anyone have this promoter? And would you be so kind then to offer 
me a sample so I can clone it into my construction and give a try? Or do you know 
of a laboratory that might have it?
