DNA extraction from olive oil

Hi

The best method of genomic DNA extraction that I have found for oily
stuff is a protocol from J. Prince getting DNA from peppers (Capsicum).
Sorry, can't remember the citation.

What kind of DNA are you looking for - just curious?
