Hi Methods,
Are pre-hydrated phosphocellulose slurries commercially available?
What is the difference between mesh and fibrous forms of
phosphocellulose resin?
Any recommendations on company/brand type?
This website for tubulin purification has a protocol for rehydrating dry
resin and recommends pre-blocking column with BSA (to block irreversible
binding sites).

I will be purifying a 110 kDa membrane protein solubilized in non-ionic
detergent.
Thanks,
