Any advice for plasmid curing Gram-ve bacteria?

Hi,

my name is Marcio. I'm a biology student from Brazil and I'm very 
interested in plasmid cure knowledge and  procedures.  Unfortunately, I 
have too few resources here. I have asked many researchers, but 
bacteriology is not their field. Even the microbiology books says 
almost nothing about curing plasmids.

Anyway, I was wondering if you know about any good internet sites where 
I could find more about it. It would also be very helpful if you could 
e-mail me protocols, procedures... and anything you think might be 
useful.
