Does anybody know what  is the sedimentation of the lysosomal membrane?
  I a trying to isolate a lysosomal membrane protein using %1 Triton X-100, but the membrane protein is showing up in the soluble fraction(using PBS) rather than the membrane fraction(PBS+ %1 Triton X-100).
