hi i'm trying to do a double transformation of 2 plasmids with the same ori. i just can't bring them into my cells. i varied the dna amount. when i make the cell compatible with one plasmid and electroporate the other one inside i get clones, but i think, and everyone in the lab tells me that the cells will lose one plasmid. can u help me tnx, willy
