urgent help please

Hi!!
I have received your mail.You have sent a protocol for preparing a lysis
buffer.But the lysis buffer contains DTT that will denature the
protein.ButI have to purify the protein and then study the kinetics
and also determine
the crystal structure of native protein.
After addition of DTT whether my protein would remain native please tell or
send alternate protocol
