i am trying to identify 5' site of a mitochondrial mRNA. since these
transcripts do not carry cap at 5' ends i want to know whether CIP (
Calf intestine phosphatase) can remove all three phosphate groups (
i.e. gamma, beta and alpha phosphates) from the first ribo-nucleotide
of mRNA.
