Vertical and swing out primarily for gradient i.e. CsCl, Sucrose etc.

Fixed angle for removing debris.

Find the details for the 45Ti rotor and then recalculate the equivalent 
rpm for the same rcf in whatvere rotor you are using.

I love deadlines. I especially like the whooshing noise they make as
they go flying by.
