Erythropoietin blocking

Dear all,

 

 

Does anyone help me with a protocol for blocking Erythropoietin binding to
Erythropoietin receptor? The idea is to show that a given mechanism involves
really EPO and EPOR. By blocking binding of the ligand to its receptor (with
an antibody) and treating cells with EPO, I expect to see no effect on that
mechanism. I need a protocol, though, and a suggestion on the ab to use, if
possible. Thanks a lot!
