how to crosslink dna binding proteins?

Hi Yuval,

Formaldehyde is a handy and easy to use, reversible cross-linker which 
you can use for this purpose.  Do a simple lit search on the topic.  I 
don't have any specific refs at the moment.  However, I know it is often 
used to cross-link proteins to DNA.
