Hi folks, I have a simple question. We have a good spectrophotometer from Amersham, however I need to measure Cy5-primer concentration. The question is: Does the Cy5 MW should be taken into account or it does not absorb at 260nm. Someone to have a modified formula for this ?? Thank you in advance. I always believed in this forum
