I have heard from several sources that Dharmacon is very good for
designing siRNA. http://www.dharmacon.com/sidesign/default.aspx

Can anyone suggest a simple easy to use program that helps design siRNA.
I will be trying to knock-down neuropilin1 in cultured mouse cerebellar
granule neurons. Thank you.
