Dear Suha,

giving treatment *before* adminitration of C. means preventing an
inflammatory reaction. giving treatment *after* C. means stopping it. I
think, that refers to 2 different models which cannot be compared and
interchanged easily. But it might make sense of course to check if any
drug in question will act in any of both senses.
