Hi 

I would be needed to do in-situ hybridization on frozen sections by using DIG detection 
method. I have never 
done in-situ and it would be of great help, if anyone of you could give some website which 
gives some basic 
information about in-situs as well as some website where I could get some protocols and 
reasons. 

Please help me!!
