Hi
I am trying to identify the proteins interacting in a complex by ChIP-reIP
method. I am able to detect that specific  protein against which the
antibody was targeted at in the chipped protein-DNA complex but unable to
detect the other member proteins in the complex.
What is the optimum amount of Chipped protein complex to be used for reIP?
Is it necessary to remove the DNA from the chipped protein-DNA complex to
proceed for reIP.
If you have expertise in ChIP reIP technique please suggest the tips for
improving ReIP from Chipped protein-DNA complex
