hello everybody

I am siva from India. I am working in the area of Environmental air
pollution.I would like to do GPx (Glutathione peroxidase ) and SOD
(Superoxide Dismutase) in  blood samples. kits are available for this
procedure but it is little bit expensive so I am planing to do manual
method. Pls help me.
