Seeking opinions - Guava EasyCyte Mini or Plus

I am considering the purchase of a Guava Easycyte Plus for my lab.  
Their literature is impressive, as are the demos that my students
have seen at meetings.  However, I don't know what the long-term
reliability of this instrument is, and am looking for any comments
on it.
