Resrict digestion

Hello members,
I am working in a monocot plant species on finding out the polymorphic
markers for mapping the quantitative characers. I want to know how to
go about the restrict digestion of my pcr products.I havent included
the restricition sites while designing the primers. I want to check
whether I can get polymorphism by enzyme action.
Can anyone pour their experiance in sloving this?.
