Glutathion OD readout fluctuates

Of course you've ruled out that there is a variability in the cuvettes?
Have you tried to just measure water in a couple of replicates, in those
cuvettes you use?
Do you have access to a NanoDrop spectrometer? They work without
cuvettes, and consume a lot less sample (1-2 µl) too.
