Let's see... What are the equations in every textbook?

concentration = moles / liter

In your case:
concentration (you want) = 100 umol / liter
moles (you have) = 150 nmol

turn the equation around to say

liter = moles / concentration

Now get out your calculator and divide

150 nmol / (100 umol / liter)

Make sure you don't drop the unit prefixes nano and micro (n and u).
