Hi
I just realize Invitrogen stops selling their pDonor 207 with the BP
clonase. And we do not have its glycerol stock!! Could someone send me 1
ul so I can transformed it back to DB31?
I want to use BP to clone a pcr fragment into pDonor then use LR to
recombine it to a kanamycin resistant pDestination vector. We seldom
used pDonor 207 (normally use the Kan+ pD221) since many of our
pDestination plasmids are not Kan+. Maybe that's why we forget to make
the glycerol stock. shame
