ssDNA versus dsDNA in AGE.

General question concerning gel electrophoresis. 
 
Are there any general rules for determining the relative mobility
of single stranded DNA versus double stranded DNA on agarose (TBE) gels. 
I have searched the internet and could not find anything useful.
