Subject: Blocking biotin labeled blots with BSA?

Hi Wolfgang,
If you are worried about background and are not sure if there is biotin in
your BSA, Why don't you just take a blank membrane, block it with BSA, and
incubate with the peroxidase to see if you have background or not.  You
would not have to waste your samples on a test.
