Dear All, to prepare dam/dcm unmethylated DNA of Gateway vector constructs I am in need of a dam/dcm minus E.coli strain that is insensitive to ccdB either by carrying ccdA or gyrA462. Does anyone know of such a strain or made it in the lab? Thanks Josmar
