Ionic Strength Calculations???

Hello All,

 

I'm not that up to date on my chemistry and was hoping someone could help
explain to me how I calculate the Ionic Strength of a buffer solution I'm
using. The solution contains: ATP, EGTA, MOPS, Magnesium Acetate, Propionic
Acid, KOH, Ca2+ and is at pH of 7.0. I'm trying to make activating solutions
of various Ca2+ concentrations.
