The Superscript III is an improved version of II, I think, with higher
processivity.
I buy the II alone, it merely comes with buffer and DTT. I'm not sure how
much more expensive the III is, but I'm pretty happy with II :-)
(standard cDNA synthesis as well as microarray labelling)
