Vectors for mammalian expression and secretion of recombinant proteins

Dear All,
    Greetings from India.


I am work in  HEK293 cells, i am searching for large insert vector with
secretion signalling system.
my gene of interest is 7.4 KB .so if any other possibility is there to
express. i am planning to go for synthetic gene also
but i am not able to get the good vector.

  Please give some suggestion to me
