Could polyacrilamid gel (big size 38x50 cm) discriminate 4-5 bp differences?

Does any idea about big polyacrylamid gel (38x50cm) can distinguish two
allens with 4 - 5 pb differences?. Or How many minimum bp different can
be distinguished by PA gel
