Because PubMed is insane. Seriously, i get all sorts of weird behaviour
from it all the time. For instance, take the title of a paper, and use
that as a search term - maybe 10% of the time, it won't find the paper.
This is not about punctuation or weird spelling, either - i can copy a
title from PubMed, paste it back into the search box and get nothing.
Sometimes, this seems to be transient - it's fixed itself when i try it a
bit later.
