Dear Sir
I am working on Yersinia enterocolitica phylogenetics and have carried out
Multilocus VNTR analysis and gyr_B RFLP. Recent papers show that Y.
enterocolitica is involved in intra- and inter-species recombination
disrupting the molecular clock in this species so UPGMA cannot be applied to
cluster analysis. I dont know which method is best to apply for this
organism.
