Designing primers to differentiate between seq

Greeting netters
I am trying to design qPCR primers that will differentiate between 5 homologous
genes. Does anyone know of a software that might help with this task? Like
something that will do multi alignment but highlight the differences? Or some
primer design SW that will help here?
I trying to do manually but it turned out to a huge work...
