Methods:
I would like to run a Western blot using an antibody to recognize a phospho-threonine residue (P-Thr) phosphorylated by serine/threonine kinase 16 (STK16).
BIOCOMPARE lists 66 commercially available antibodies for P-Thr (http://www.biocompare.com/).
Does anyone have any recommendations on purchasing a commercially available P-Thr antibody?
I typically use HRP conjugated secondary for colorimetric detection with DAB.
My target is as follows:
Protein: sarcolipin
Species: rabbit
Sequence: MERSTRELCLNFTVVLITVILIWLLVRSYQY
Mw: 3733 Da
Genbank: U96091<http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/viewer.fcgi?db=nucleotide&val=1943760>
Kinase: serine-threonine kinase 16
Site: Thr-5
