And I never have, even back in the day when cycling was done by moving
reactions from block to block, and primers were used at 200 micromolar.  
And based on how ethidium works, your primers must either snap-back upon 
themselves or anneal to each other; either way an odd primer design.


P.S. You don't have to be so rude, just because someone points out
an incongruence in your "observation".
