denaturing electrophoresis with paraformaldehyde?

Hi, I need to do some denaturing RNA agarose gels.  The protocol
says I need 37% formaldehyde, I have paraformaldehyde on hand in
the lab.  Can I make 37% formaldehyde out of this?  What's the
stoichiometry between PFA and formaldehyde?  Thanks lots
