plasmid prep with G+ bacteria

Hi

 

I was interested to read your question on-line. I am doing a similar
project and have been unsuccessful in transferring ethidium bromide
resistance in MRSA strains. I was wondering if you had had any success
with your experiments. I would be grateful for any advice or info.
