Hi,

As my experience goes i have had no problems with Pfu polymerase for
creating blunt ends. But it is very slow compared to Taq polymerase and
sometimes can generate truncated products due to its high 3' to 5'
exonuclease <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exonuclease> proofreading
activity.
