Proliferation Assay (Human T cells)

Hi everybody,

 

I wonder if somebody could share some tips about Proliferation assay
with human cells. I have the protocol for loading the cells with the
CFSE reagent but I'd like to know more details about:

 

1) How many cells (CFSE loaded) to use?

 

2) How much time of incubation?

 

I'll appreciate any comment at this respect.
