TAC (IL2R-alpha) chimera

Hello, I have made a chimera of the IL-2R and
C-terminal tail of my protein to check for sorting
signal.  I am wondering if the last 13 amino acid tail
in the IL-2R would be important in the design of this
construct?  Does it affect trafficking.
