I am currently working with the Beta 2 adrenergic receptor polymorphims,
Arg16Gly and Glu27Gly.  The PCR seems to be working fine and I get product
but after I have digested with the enzymes NCoI or BbvI nothing shows up on
the gel.  It is completely blank. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing
wrong?
