UV Absorption Spectra of Nucleic Acids

my name is mariana castañon and I'm a student of braislian university of rio
de janeiro(UFRJ) and brasilian center of physics research (CBPF). now i'm
starting to work with plamidial DNA and I need to do caracterization of
that. So i wan't to ask if can you send me the differences of spectromerter
of differents nucleic acids. Do you have that?
