retroviral vs lentiviral expression

Hi, there. For the purpose of overexpressing a gene of interest in the
dividing mammalian cells, is there any difference between using a
retroviral systems and the newer lentiviral systems? Beside the
obvious differences for non-dividing cells, what are the pros and cons
between the two systems?
