Semi sticky surface for shaking platform

Hi all, in the distant past the lab I was in obtained a blue semi sticky matt that you could use on shaking platforms.  I say semi sticky as the matt would lift off the platform a little when you removed the flasks.  It held flasks on at 140 rpm but wasn't adhered to the platform.

Has anyone used anything similar and if so do you know where you got it from.
