Doubt regd about packing a column

Well.Kind greetings.My name is Arul doing PhD IN south Korea in the field of
cancer bio marker.I have a doubt about packing a AAL(Lectin bed)  to pierce
centrifuge column,5ml,product number-89897.Kindly let me know how to pack
the AAL bed in to this column.I would grateful to you if give a suggestion
regarding this.I am looking forward to hear from you.
