enzyme assy stadradigation

I am doing IDO enzyme asssy , for this according the litrature it was 200ul.
s but  idon't have that much of small volume cuivett that's way  i was
increased the total reaction mixtue , is it correct procedurei am foolowing
-specilly  i am tacking the results with spectrofluoremeter
