Use a buffer (10mM Tris-EDTA, pH 6.5 to 7.2, or 50mM phosphate buffer
should work) and add glycerol to 35% (as high as 50%). Store in a -20C
freezer (no auto defrost).
Cellulase can also be stores freeze dried after the appropriate dialysis
against distilled water containing 1mM DTT.
