Total Protein (BioRad)

Dear All,

I have a spectrophotometer (with cuvette). I want to measure total protein using BioRad Dye (BradFord method). How much protein (insect homogenate)and how much dye?

Is it 100 uL Protein + 1900 uL (1X) Dye? @ 595 nm

Please advise. Many thanks.
